When you connect FYI with Vinyl, your meeting summaries are automatically saved to the correct contact, client, or group in FYI. However, some users have found it tricky to locate them, here’s how to find them quickly.
All Vinyl meeting summaries are saved under the Documents tab of your FYI client or contact record.
Steps to Find Them:
Search for the client, contact, or group in FYI.
Click into the profile.
Open the Documents tab.
Look for your Vinyl meeting notes
If you don’t see the summary right away, try checking the exact contact or client associated with the meeting in Vinyl. If it's a group meeting, the summary will appear in the group record, not necessarily under an individual.
