When you first connect Karbon to Vinyl, we import your full client and contact list. For larger firms, this initial sync can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the size of your practice.
What to do while it's syncing
Leave the integration connected β disconnecting and reconnecting resets the sync and will make it take longer overall.
You can still use Vinyl during the sync; your contacts will appear as they're imported.
If it's been more than 24 hours
Contact our support team with the date you connected and the name of your practice. We respond within 2 hours and will get it moving.
A specific meeting is showing a 'Syncing' status that isn't updating
This is a separate issue from the initial contact import β it refers to when an individual meeting appears to be syncing to Karbon, but the status hasn't changed after an extended period (more than a few hours).
If this happens, contact our support team with the meeting title and the date it took place. We respond within 2 hours and can resolve it on our end.
