Vinyl doesn't currently have one search box that looks across your entire meeting library for a keyword or topic. To ask a question that spans more than one meeting, you'll need to select the meetings first in Studio.
How to select multiple meetings at once
Open Studio.
Select +Meetings.
Type @ and choose a client to quickly add every meeting linked to that client, or search and add meetings individually.
Once your meetings are selected, ask your question and Vinyl will search across all of them.
This is the quickest way to ask about a client's history without manually opening each meeting one by one.
Looking for something in one specific meeting?
Open that meeting directly and use Ask or Studio from within it — you don't need to select any other meetings first.
