You can personalise how Vinyl appears to your clients by uploading custom images and renaming the bot. This allows you to white label Vinyl for your practice, so it fits seamlessly with your firm’s branding.

What You Can Customise
Vinyl lets you control how the bot is named and how it appears in meetings:
Bot name: You can rename Vinyl to something that suits your firm, like "Your Practice Assistant" or "Meeting Recorder."
Bot image (not recording): This image is shown when Vinyl joins a meeting but hasn't started recording yet.
Bot image (recording): This image appears once Vinyl begins recording the meeting.
These options help you create a consistent and professional client experience.
How to Manage Vinyl’s Custom Bot Settings
To update how Vinyl looks and what it's called in meetings:
Go to My Settings
Click the General tab
Under Bot Settings, you’ll be able to:
Change the Bot Name
Toggle Enforce Bot Name to apply the same name for all users in your account
Upload a Bot Image (Recording) which appears when Vinyl is actively recording
Upload a Bot Image (Not Recording) which appears before the recording starts
To upload an image, click Upload or drag and drop your file into the image field. We recommend an image size of 640 × 360 pixels. The image shouldn't be more than 1.8MB.
