If there's a meeting you prefer to keep visible only to yourself, you can mark it as private. This hides the recording, transcript, and summary from other users in your Vinyl account.
Steps to Make a Meeting Private
Use the date selector to find the upcoming meeting you want to make private. Look for the Private label and click the padlock icon.
It will lock, and the meeting will now be marked as private.
β
Once a meeting is set to private, only you will be able to view its details in Vinyl. Other users in your account will not have access to it.
What about Master Admins?
Master Admins cannot access private meetings they weren't in. Privacy is enforced for every user equally β role does not override it.
What a Master Admin can do is change a shared (Team) meeting's visibility to Private β for example, to lock down a sensitive client conversation that was auto-shared to the team. But a Private meeting won't appear in their meeting list, search, or transcripts any more than it would for any other team member.
If a Master Admin needs to review a specific private meeting, the host needs to share it with them directly via the meeting's sharing settings.
