By default, Vinyl is set to join and record your scheduled meetings. If there’s a session you don’t want Vinyl to attend, you can easily turn off recording ahead of time.
Steps to Stop Vinyl from Recording a Meeting
Log in to your Vinyl account
On the Home page, go to the Upcoming Meetings panel and find the meeting you want to update
Go to the Record toggle switch that is turned on by default
Click the switch to turn it off
Once recording is turned off, Vinyl will not join the meeting. You can always turn it back on later if needed.
