Vinyl gives you the flexibility to decide how and when your meetings are recorded. Whether you want to automatically capture every call or prefer to record only a few, you’re in control.
Go to your settings
On the left-hand side of your Vinyl dashboard, click My Settings.
Find your recording preferences
Under the General tab, scroll down until you see the My Information section.
Turn automatic recording on or off
Toggle automatic recording off if you want to manually choose which meetings Vinyl joins.
Leave it on if you’d like Vinyl to automatically join and record every upcoming meeting from your calendar.
Click Save Changes at the bottom to apply your new settings.
You can switch this setting any time, giving you full flexibility depending on the week or client.
If you need to pause or stop Vinyl from joining a specific meeting, you can also do that directly from your Schedule tab.
