Vinyl can automatically send you a summary email after each meeting, making it easy to stay on top of key discussions, transcripts, and action items.
Open Vinyl and log into your account
Click My Settings from the left-hand taskbar
In the General tab, scroll down to the My Information section
Toggle the option for Meeting Summary Emails:
✅ On – You'll receive a summary by email after each meeting
❌ Off – No summary email will be sent
If enabled, you'll receive a summary email shortly after your meeting wraps up. It includes:
Meeting title and participants
Key discussion highlights
Action items
Link to the full meeting page on Vinyl
These summaries help you keep track of conversations and follow-ups, great for busy teams or working on the go.
Not receiving summary emails?
Before reaching out, check these two things:
Confirm the Meeting Summary Emails toggle is switched on in your settings
Check your spam or junk folder, summary emails come from [email protected]
If both are confirmed and you're still not receiving them, contact [email protected] and we'll investigate.
