Vinyl gives you full control over what’s stored in your meeting records. If a transcript or video includes sensitive information or you just want to keep things tidy, you can delete it directly from the meeting page.
How to Delete a Transcript or Video
Go to Recordings in your Vinyl dashboard.
Click on the meeting you want to update.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the meeting name.
Click on the Delete Transcript or Delete Recording option.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once deleted, the item is permanently removed and can’t be recovered. If you think you’ll need it later, make sure to download a copy first.
Removing outdated or sensitive content is a good way to keep your account clean.
