Need to save a copy of your meeting outside Vinyl? Whether you're sharing it with someone, storing it for compliance, or just want a local backup, Vinyl makes it easy to download transcripts and recordings.
Go to the Recordings tab
On your Vinyl dashboard, click Recordings from the left-hand menu.
Open the meeting
Browse or search for the meeting you want to download, then click its title to open the details page.
Go to the Transcript tab
Click the Transcript tab to access the audio player and download options.
Access the options menu
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the Show Video button.
Download your content
Download Transcript: Saves a
.jsonfile of the transcript and notes.Download Recording: Saves the full audio or video file of the session.
Your browser will begin the download.
