Error when inviting a team member

If you see an error when trying to invite someone to your Vinyl account β€” whether it's a message about the email address already being in use, an account conflict, or a generic error on submission β€” this is usually caused by a previous account setup for that person that didn't complete properly.

This isn't something you can fix from your end, but it's a straightforward resolution for our support team.

What to do

Contact support with:

  • The email address you're trying to invite

  • A brief description of the error message you're seeing (if any)

We respond within 2 hours and will get the issue cleared so the invite goes through successfully.
