How to cancel my subscription

You can cancel your Vinyl subscription at any time directly from your account settings — no need to contact support.

To cancel:

  1. Log into Vinyl and go to Settings

  2. Select Billing

  3. Click Manage Subscription — this will open your billing portal in a new tab (managed by Stripe, our payment provider)

  4. Inside the billing portal, look for Cancel plan or Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

On an annual plan?

If you're on an annual subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual term — you'll continue to have full access to Vinyl until that date. If you have questions about your specific billing period or remaining term, contact our support team and we'll walk you through it.

Can't find the cancel option?

The cancel option is located inside the Stripe billing portal — it's not within Vinyl itself. After clicking Manage Subscription, look for a Cancel plan or Cancel subscription link inside the portal that opens. If you're still having difficulty locating it, contact support and we'll help you through the process.

Before you cancel

If you're running into a specific issue — such as recordings not working, an integration not connecting, or a feature not behaving as expected — our team can often resolve it quickly. We respond within 2 hours if you'd like to give us a chance to help first.

If you've already cancelled and have a billing question, contact support with your account email address and the date of your last charge and we'll look into it for you.
