What happens when my Vinyl trial expires?

Explains what "Trial Expired" status means, what still works, what stops, and how to subscribe or request a trial extension.

What "Trial Expired" means

When your free trial ends, your Vinyl account moves to a Trial Expired status. You will need an active subscription to access your account and its features.

What you can still do

  • You can still log in to your Vinyl account.

What requires a subscription

  • Accessing your past meetings, recordings, transcripts, and notes.

  • Ask Vinyl and all AI-powered features.

  • Vinyl joining or recording any new meetings.

Your data is not deleted when your trial expires — it will be waiting for you once you subscribe.

How to continue using Vinyl

To restore full access, subscribe to a paid plan:

  1. Log in to Vinyl and go to Settings → Subscription.

  2. Choose the plan that suits your needs.

  3. Complete your payment — your account reactivates immediately.

How to request a trial extension

Vinyl does not offer self-service trial extensions. If you were unable to fully explore the product during your trial, you can request an extension by chatting with us below with the subject Trial Extension Request and a brief explanation. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
