Updating email addresses after a company domain change

If your company has changed its email domain β€” due to an acquisition, rebrand, or internal restructure β€” you can update everyone's email addresses in Vinyl. This is handled by our support team to make sure all recordings, notes, and account data stay correctly linked to the right people.

How to request a bulk email update

Email address changes can't be made in bulk from within your Vinyl settings. To update multiple users at once, reach out to our support team with the following:

  1. A list of each team member's current email address and their new email address (one person per line works well).

  2. Your company name and a brief note on the reason (e.g. acquisition, domain change).

Send this to [email protected] or drop it in the chat below. We'll process the updates and confirm with you once it's done.

Only one person needs updating?

If it's just one team member, an admin can contact support on their behalf with the person's current and new email address β€” we'll take care of the rest.

Will any data be lost?

No. All existing recordings, transcripts, notes, and meeting history will stay intact and linked to the correct account after the update.
