Ignition Integration Overview

What the Vinyl × Ignition integration does, who gets early access, and how to join the beta launching June 2026.

The Vinyl × Ignition integration is coming soon — beta launching June 2026. This article covers what the integration does, who gets early access, and how to join.

What the integration does

When the integration is live, Vinyl will add a Create proposal button to every client meeting. After a discovery or scoping call, click it and Vinyl drafts a proposal directly inside Ignition — matched to your real service library, your current prices, and this client's existing agreements.

The draft lands in Ignition ready for you to review and send. Your client gets a polished, accurate proposal while the conversation is still fresh — without you retyping services, prices, or client details a second time.

Primary use case: discovery call to proposal

This is the core workflow the integration is built around:

  1. Run the meeting. Vinyl joins the call and transcribes the conversation.

  2. Click "Create proposal" on the meeting. Vinyl reads the transcript, identifies the work discussed, and matches it against your Ignition service library.

  3. Review the draft. A summary of the proposed services, prices, and intro message appears in Vinyl for you to check and edit before anything is sent.

  4. Save draft in Ignition. The proposal lands in Ignition — ready to send through your normal flow for signature and payment.

What Vinyl uses from your Ignition account

The proposal draft is grounded in your real Ignition data — not invented from scratch:

  • Your service library — names, descriptions, and current prices

  • This client's existing proposals and agreements

  • Your master agreement terms — so the system knows whether something is already covered, needs a change request, or is a new engagement

  • Contact and client structure, so the right entities are matched

Nothing is sent to Ignition automatically. The draft is always yours to review first.

Availability

The integration is currently in development, with a beta launching June 2026. Both an active Vinyl subscription and an active Ignition subscription are required.

Vinyl + Ignition customers get first access. If you're already on both products, you'll be at the front of the queue when the beta opens.
