Setting up MFA in Vinyl
Vinyl uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) — also called two-factor authentication (2FA) — to keep your account secure. You will be prompted to set up MFA as part of the onboarding process when you first sign in to Vinyl.
What if I missed the MFA setup step?
If you did not complete MFA setup during onboarding, or if you need to reset your MFA (for example, if you have changed your device or authenticator app), contact the Vinyl support team and we can reset it for you so you can go through the setup process again.
