If your team asks Vinyl Studio for the same things again and again, firm prompts let you save them once and share them with everyone. Your firm's prompts sit alongside Vinyl's own prompts, ready to run in a click.
How to access your prompts library?
Click your initials in the top right corner of the Vinyl dashboard, then click Settings.
Under the Prompts tab, find your team's prompt library.
NOTE: Only Master Admins can save up to five firm prompts. Once saved, everyone in the firm can use them.
Create a firm prompt
Go to Settings. Open Settings and find [Firm prompts].
Add your prompt. Give it a clear name so your team knows what it's for, then write the prompt itself.
Save. It's available to your whole team straight away.
Run a firm prompt
Your firm's prompts appear next to Vinyl's prompts in Vinyl Studio. You can run them in Studio, or on any meeting, [location of the prompt list on a meeting page].
