Vinyl automatically generates a full transcript of your recorded meetings, so you can review exactly what was said, search for key points, or share details with your team. The transcript appears alongside the video, giving you a complete picture of the conversation.
Steps to View a Meeting Transcript
Go to the Recordings tab on the left side of your Vinyl dashboard

Click on the meeting you want to review
On the meeting page, you'll see the transcript on the right side, just below the video recording
Use the scroll bar to read through the transcript, or use the search bar at the top to jump straight to a specific keyword or phrase
To share the transcript, click the Copy button at the top of the transcript section
The search feature is especially useful when you're looking for a specific topic or comment.
It takes you directly to that moment in both the transcript and the video, saving time and making review easy.
