All your completed meetings live in the Recordings section of Vinyl. Here's how to find them, play the video, and what to do if a meeting seems to be missing.
Can't find a meeting at all? Start here
If a meeting is missing entirely from your Recordings list, it usually means one of these. Check the matching article:
It may still be uploading or processing: My transcript or notes aren't showing up yet.
Vinyl may not have joined the meeting: Check if Vinyl joined your meeting.
The recording may have failed: My recording failed or didn't process.
Find and play a recording (web)
Open Vinyl and click the Recordings (camera) icon in the left navigation.
Click the meeting title to open it.
Click the Transcript tab.
Click Show Video to watch the recording.
Can't see the video?
If the Show Video button isn't visible, make sure you're on the Transcript tab (not Insights). Video playback is only available there.
Find a recording on mobile
Open the Vinyl app and tap Previous at the top of your dashboard to see and play back past meetings.
An external viewer sees "video not available" on a public link
Open your Vinyl dashboard and go to My Settings → General → My Information.
Open Share Settings and make sure video access is enabled (if it's set to "summary and transcript only," public viewers can't watch the video).
Click Save Changes.
Still can't find a recording you're sure was captured? Start a chat with the meeting title and date, and we'll locate it for you.
