Fix Multiple Vinyl Bots in Meetings

If multiple colleagues join the same client meeting, only one Vinyl bot will record, regardless of how many team members are attending.

Vinyl will now ensure only one recording bot joins each meeting, even when multiple team members are present. This prevents duplicate bots from appearing in the same session.

This eliminates duplicate recordings, avoids confusion in meeting records, and ensures billing, once it’s activated, only charges for a single bot per meeting. It’s a cleaner, more efficient experience for both teams and accounting.
