How to request an upgrade
Open the Vinyl chat (the message bubble in the bottom corner of the app, or reply here in the Help Center chat).
Tell us you'd like to upgrade, and which plan you're after. If you're not sure which plan fits, just say that too — we'll recommend one based on your usage.
Your conversation is passed straight to a member of the team in the same chat thread. There's no need to start a new conversation or send an email — we pick it up from where you left off.
We'll confirm your current plan and the plan you're moving to (including price and included hours), and action the upgrade once you've confirmed.
Not sure which plan is right for you?
Just ask in chat. Let us know roughly how many hours or meetings you're using each month (or if you've been hitting a limit), and we'll recommend the plan that fits your team, rather than just the next tier up.
What happens to billing when you upgrade
Once your upgrade is actioned, it will reflect on your account and be billed as part of your normal billing cycle. If you have any questions about how a specific charge will look, see Understanding Vinyl's billing and charges, or ask us in chat and we'll walk you through it.
