Vinyl pricing plans and what's included

The current Vinyl plans — Starter, Growing and Scaling — what each includes, how overage works, and why Pay As You Go is no longer offered.

Vinyl has three plans: Starter, Growing and Scaling, plus a custom plan for high-volume firms. Pricing is based on how many hours of meetings you capture each month, not how many people use Vinyl — every plan includes unlimited team members.

The plans

Starter — $89/month

  • 20 hours of meeting capture included

  • 18c per additional minute

  • Unlimited users

Growing — $249/month

  • 60 hours of meeting capture included

  • 16c per additional minute

  • Unlimited users

Scaling — $649/month

  • 150 hours of meeting capture included

  • 14c per additional minute

  • Unlimited users

Custom — if your firm records more than 200 hours a month, tell us your meeting volume in chat and we'll tailor a plan.

Prices above are in USD. Our pricing page also shows GBP and AUD — pick your currency there, or ask us in chat and we'll confirm the figure for your region.

What every plan includes

  • Recording and accounting-grade summaries for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet

  • Practice management integrations: Karbon, FYI and XPM

  • The Vinyl mobile app for in-person meetings

  • Unlimited team members across your firm

If you go over your included hours

Recording doesn't stop. Any time beyond your included hours is billed at your plan's per-minute rate and appears on your normal monthly invoice. If you're regularly going over, it's usually cheaper to move up a plan — ask us in chat and we'll compare the two for you.

Is Pay As You Go still available?

No. Vinyl no longer offers a Pay As You Go plan, and it isn't available to new or existing customers. Starter is the entry plan. If you believe you're on a legacy Pay As You Go arrangement, start a chat with us and we'll look at your account and explain what your options are.

Changing your plan

Upgrades are handled by our team in chat — see How to upgrade your Vinyl plan. Tell us roughly how many hours or meetings you run each month and we'll recommend the plan that fits, rather than just the next tier up.
