Resetting your account on the Vinyl Mobile App

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log into Vinyl, don’t stress, resetting your account only takes a few quick steps. You’ll be back in and reviewing meetings in no time.

When to use this

  • You’ve forgotten your Vinyl password

  • You’re seeing an “Incorrect password” error
    You haven’t logged in for a while and your credentials aren’t working

This guide walks you through how to reset your password directly from the mobile app.

Step-by-step: Reset your password

  1. Open the Vinyl mobile app
    On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”

  2. Enter your email address
    Type the email address linked to your Vinyl account.

  3. Check your email for the reset code
    You’ll receive a short 6-digit code in your inbox.

(Can’t see it? Check your spam/junk folders.)

  1. Enter the code from your authenticator app
    Paste the code into the field and continue.

  2. Create a new password
    Choose a strong, secure password and confirm it.

  3. Log back in
    Use your new password to log into Vinyl. You’re good to go!

    Double-check your spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, try requesting the code again.

  • Used the wrong email?
    Make sure you’re entering the same email address you originally used to sign up.
