Resetting your account on the Vinyl Mobile App

If you've forgotten your password or can't log into Vinyl on your phone, you can reset it in a few quick steps.

Reset your password

  1. Open the Vinyl mobile app
    On the login screen, tap Forgot password?

  2. Enter your email address
    Type the email address linked to your Vinyl account.

  3. Check your inbox for the reset email
    You'll receive a link from [email protected]. Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

  4. Complete the reset in your browser β€” not the app
    Open the reset link on your phone or computer and follow the prompts to set a new password. Doing this in a browser is more reliable than completing it inside the app.

  5. Log back into the app
    Open the Vinyl app and sign in with your new password.

Troubleshooting

Reset email not arriving?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there after a few minutes, see password reset email not arriving.

New password not being accepted?
If you've requested multiple resets, only the most recent link is valid β€” earlier ones expire automatically. Run through the reset one more time and use the link straight away.
