Whether you're an accountant, team member, or client, getting into Vinyl on your phone only takes a few taps. Here's how to log in and start using the app.
Download the app
Head to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and search for Vinyl. Download and install the app.
Open the app
Tap the app icon to launch Vinyl.
Enter your email
Use the same email you signed up with on the web. If you're part of a team, use the email your team invited you with.
Check your authenticator app for the verification code
When prompted, open your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator), find the 6-digit code for Vinyl, and enter it into the app to complete login.
You’ll land on your Vinyl dashboard, where you can view and record meetings, review summaries, and interact with your notes.
Troubleshooting
Code expired?
The code is time-sensitive. Just wait for a new one in your authenticator appDon’t see your Vinyl dashboard?
Log out and log back into Vinyl using your correct email and password.
Still stuck?
Try closing and reopening the app, or log in using an incognito tab at app.usevinyl.com to double-check your account status.
