The notetaker was never admitted from the waiting room
Vinyl joined the waiting room but was never let into the call, so it couldn't capture any audio. There is no recording to recover. To avoid this next time, admit Vinyl as soon as it appears in the waiting room. See Vinyl was in the meeting's waiting room but didn't record.
The notetaker was removed by the host
Vinyl was admitted but then removed from the call before it could record, or removed partway through. Anything after removal was not captured, and if it was removed before being admitted there is nothing to recover.
The meeting was declined
The meeting invite was declined, so Vinyl never attempted to join. There is no recording to recover.
The meeting was deleted
The calendar event was removed before or after the call, so there is no meeting for Vinyl to attach a recording to. There is no recording to recover.
A processing failure
Vinyl was admitted and captured audio, but something went wrong while processing the recording afterwards. This is the one case where a recording usually does exist. In most of these cases we can investigate and recover it. Follow the steps in My recording failed or didn't process.
