Not sure whether Vinyl was in your meeting? Here's how to check, and exactly where to go next depending on what you find.
Before the meeting: check your Schedule tab
Open the Schedule tab on your Vinyl dashboard. If your Google or Outlook calendar is connected, upcoming meetings Vinyl has detected appear here. If a meeting isn't listed, Vinyl didn't detect it and won't join automatically. See the "Didn't find what you expected" section below.
During the meeting: look for Vinyl in the participants
Vinyl joins as a participant, usually shown as Vinyl Notetaker (or your firm's branding if you've set it up). If your meeting uses a waiting room or lobby, Vinyl will sit there until someone admits it. You or the host should admit it promptly, or it can't record.
After the meeting: check your Recordings tab
Completed meetings appear in the Recordings section (camera icon, left nav). If your meeting is there, Vinyl joined and captured it. If it's processing, notes and transcript follow shortly.
