You can easily access and rewatch any of your past recorded meetings in Vinyl. You can view all your recorded meetings in a couple of ways, depending on what you’re looking for.
In the Recordings Tab
Start by heading to the Recordings tab on the left side of your dashboard. It’s marked with a camera icon.
You can switch between list or grid view depending on what feels easier to scan.
There’s also a date filter if you’re trying to find something specific, filter by day, week, month, or custom range.
Click on a meeting title to open the full recording. You’ll see:
The video recording (top right)
A quick summary of the meeting
Key discussion points
Action items to follow up
By Client, Contact, or Group
If you’d rather find a meeting by the client or contact involved, go to the Clients tab on the left.
From there, choose the relevant client, group, or contact, their page will show every associated meeting, all in one place.
💡Tip: Everything stays synced between the mobile app and web version, so you can always access your past meetings on the go.
